Fresh milk is only available March-August.

* Frozen milk may separate upon thawing. It is safe to use. Just shake before serving. Frozen goat milk separates because the fat naturally rises to the top when it freezes, creating a visible layer of cream on top of the liquid portion, similar to how cream separates in regular milk; this is especially noticeable with raw goat milk which has a higher fat content and hasn't been homogenized to distribute fat evenly.
Thawing method: Thaw frozen goat milk slowly in the refrigerator to minimize separation.
