Ordering FAQs

When will my order ship?

Our products are made fresh in small batches right on our farm. You can expect your order to ship within 2-5 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information upon your order shipping.

 

I'm local to your farm. Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you are welcome to pick up your order from our farm. We do not deliver. Use coupon code FARMPICKUP at checkout. We will contact you when your order is ready. Pickup orders are still subject to the 2-5 business day production time.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may only be cancelled up to 24 hours after purchase or before the order has shipped (whichever comes first). Custom orders may not be cancelled.

 

Can I return or exchange my order?

Refunds and exchanges can not be offered on soaps, lotions, scrubs, or other personal care items due to the nature of the products. However, we do want our customers to be happy with their purchase. Please contact us and we will do what we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

 

Can you do a custom order?

We can do custom orders. Lotions, soaps, and sugar scrubs make great wedding, shower, and party favors. We can put together gift baskets in any price range. We can even customize labels by printing dates, names, etc on them for an additional fee. Custom soap orders need at least 6 weeks advance notice due to cure time.
